Tucker Scope Conversion

Does anyone know if Mr. Cecil Tucker is still doing the Tucker Scope Conversion where he puts the tension spring in the scope that holds positive pressure against the windage and elevation adjustments? If not, does anyone else still do this type of conversion? I need any contact information for whoever may do this. Thanks, BK
