Tubb T7T with out the safety?

Has anybody removed the safety on a Tubb trigger to use in stocks that can not accept a safety?
I have a project 40X that someone did this very thing too but I question how it was done. I could have the trigger fixed or replace with a trigger that does not have a safety but I would like to keep it as close to how its current setup. Plus I am liking the Tubb trigger.

I asked David about this. Best way is to use a cutoff wheel in a Dremel tool to cut the safety lever off. I have done this for several tube gun builds.

AND TAPE UP THE TRIGGER BEFORE CUTTING!!!!!

...much pain will be saved.

I did a tutorial with photos on a T7T install in my chassis, it involves a little machine work, not hard if you have access to a mill, we can do the work if you need, here's a link;

Thanks! Do you have any closeups of what you did to the trigger to remove the safety?

sorry I dont but it didn't require disassembly of the trigger, the bottom of the shoe did need a small amount of material removed

No problem, the photos were a big help. I was able to fix the safety issue correctly and hopefully in the next week or so I can work on the lower.
