TS 15.5 in the Dasher or 6 Bra?

Was wondering if anyone has tried this powder in a Dasher and/or a 6Bra with 103 to 105 Gr. bullets? I won an 8Lb. jug last year at the World Open and wanted to hear some reports so I could figure out where to start and how far to go.

Yep it works great in a dasher, let me dig out some info.
A few of us in Western Colorado put it through its paces last fall. We all agree, it is a great fit for the dasher with 103-108 gr bullets.

Start at 32.8 gr. with a 105 in the Dasher and work up and you'll find something interesting pretty quickly. 33.4 gr. behind a 105 g. Hybrid shoots a beautiful waterline in my Dasher.

Edited to correct fat-fingered charge weights. Apologies!

Can you even get enough powder in the case to over pressure with a 105 class bullets....? Or do you run out of Boiler Room first?

Honestly, I do not know.
I ran it up to 33, and made a note in my loading log to retest to pressure but have not made it out to the range in a bit. I did shoot 33 at an IBS match and brought home some trinkets to hand on the wall.

Chuckhunter,
Good luck with your prize. Hopefully you did something good at that shoot to win it.
Tom Snook sent me a pic of you in your Alaska brown bear shirt with the prize. He said you go by "Chickhunter" on this site, which I thought was funny. Now I realize Tom fat fingered the i/u, which are right next to each other. (I am easily amused some times.)
Tom has had some success with TS 15.5 in the Dasher, so check with him also.
Shoot well,
Paul

Probably a little on the fast side but so far it’s been working excellent in my 300 Saum imp, with 185 juggernauts.
With everything else being equal, I ended up at 61.6, RL16 at 3016fps and 58.1, RL15.5 at 3006fps, so probably around ~5.5-6.0% faster for burn rate.
In this particular barrel, 15.5 is showing better accuracy and temp stability seems on par with 16 & 23.

Thank you, Paul

I have about 30 vendors i keep in my favorites folder. Only ONE of them even lists 15.5.....Powder Valley (out of stock). Is this just a case of the rest not having updated their websites yet?

Graf's has 15.5 listed. Last time they had some available was 10/5/2021 ($38/pound)
