Trying to get my young Marine registered to the site. Having issues!

Good evening, all,

I'm trying to get one of my young Marines registered on the forum. He tried doing this with his phone and was told there was an issue with his IP address. Seems it was showing up as an out of state IP.
I told him to try registering from a hardline computer and this may fix the problem.
I'm not very computer savvy, so would anyone be able to tell me if this would fix the issue or get me to someone that could help?Tried PMing the Big Boss, but I guess I don't have a high enough rank for that. LOL
He is one of the young Service members that was nominated in the "Pass it forward- service member" thread and I told him that for my nomination, he had to get a gold account with us! Thought that was a good trade for whatever Terry has in mind for these great service members!
