Trying to find some very unique brass

I have been toying around with my Quickload recently and came accross an alternate set of cartridges called Samereier. I googled this and found them to be made for reduced loadings in full caliber rifles. I however can find no mention as of yet online on how to get these in the states or how I could make them. Any tips or links on the subject of reduced load brass would be helpful.

I googled it and its pretty interesting. It looks like turned brass cases and just a reamed or bored hole part the way down. What would be the purpose for it? I could make these if you had a print for the cartridge you would want it in. Im thinking of trying it out for a few of mine.

Did you see this PDF? There is an email and phone number at the bottom and it looks like he has the brass for sale. If not, it may be a good resource for where to get it.

I'm kind of cheap. I would probably go this route before I bought the expensive stuff:

No excessive headspace and freshly annealed necks to seal off would probably be a good idea as well.

My purpose for these would be 308 loads for a silenced M1A without excess blow back. I am not too worried about getting them or making them as I can do either or. I would only be getting or making about 10 of them anyway as they would be a novelty item for mixing into my regular ammo to make sure I don't have a bad flinch while shooting. I would work up a safe load and then load them and just drop them into my ziplock of 50 rounds for the days practice and mix before loading into mags.

On the powder I have considered using trailboss as my family shoots SAS and we have a good supply, but from what I have read and seen in cowboy guns, it leaves a bunch of residue in the barrel and I don't want that. Smaller charge of higher pressure powder wouldn't leave as much residue allowing me to not worry about build up in the can or gas piston area.

That and they are kind of cool and definitely not something your average joe would have and I like that.
