Troubleshooting the Bullseye Target Camera

I got my camera last year and tried it immediately when I received it. Worked perfect. I got it out today to take it to the range and now my laptop won't recognize the Bullseye network router or find the camera. The antennae has one solid blue light, the other is flashing. What lights are supposed to be on with the modem? And the switches on the back, what are they supposed to be set at, in case something got jarred or bumped? Any help would be appreciated. Yes, I called and emailed customer support.

A lot of times it depends on how long you wait between plugging in the green and yellow USB plugs. Try turning on the battery and then plug in the the green USB. Give it 60 seconds or so and then plug in the yellow USB. And finally the red.
With all this said, I recently had to send my unit back but they did replace it for me at no cost. As this happened, it's probably a goor idea to get the extended warranty. Mine went out after 10 months

+1 on what MrEd333 said, or contact them. They are good guy's to work with and have helped me out when I had issues when I first got mine.

How many upgrades to the computer OS? Drivers for XP or even Win 7 may work, where 8 or 8.1 won't.
I'm using windows 7. It worked fine when I tried it out when it first arrived.... I even checked for updates on their site, which there was one, but it didn't help.

Mine works fine with win 8.x
When it'll pick up the signal @500 yards. My iPhone and iPad will only pick up to 200 yards.
On my Dell, it's 50/50 if it'll pick it up or not. Sometimes I think it depends on the weather.
I'm going to look into some of the USB type antenna for the computer to see if I can extend the range first to see if if it'll improve before I buy the antenna that bullseye sells.

How much do these go for ? I've got one ready to be released for under $275
Complete , its a stand alone system .
I'm not trying to sell anything , yet , just curious if I'm to late.

All taken care of. Called them. They said that for some reason my router lost it's network info. They're sending me a new updated system, with updated camera and software, free of charge. Great customer service!!! Awesome guys to talk to.
