Triggerguard Thread Size

Could anyone steer me to a sight that lists Trigger guard Screw Thread Size? I used to have such a sight marked, but it like my mind has wondered off. Most immediately I need the size for Win 70 & Husqvarna.

1/4x28. The same as for Remington and Savage. Mauser's use 1/4x22

Husqvarna Actions:

The threads on these actions depend on if they were made to be imported to the USA. The later model most likely will have .250 X 32 tpi or .250 X 28 tpi. the European models will most likely be metric since they were made in Sweeden.

You will need the model number,year made and importer to find out without trial and error.

If it is a later model imported by Smith and Wesson it will be standard threads.

If it was a early model imported by Herters it most likely will be metric.

Many of the Sako parts will fit it.
