TRG 42 barrel threads?

I don't want to get in over my head so I thought I would check. Can anyone tell me if the barrel threads on the Sako TRG-42 .338 Lapua are compatible with any other actions? I know the Tikka 595 is the same as a Winchester 70 so I am hoping. I have a chance to get a TRG-42 barrel at a reasonable price and was wondering if I could convert a Winchester magnum action to .338 Lapua? Thanks in advance for any help.
