I know some of us that have been fortunate enough to get our SEB NEO's travel to matches several hours away, and need a safe and secure way to travel with our front rests. I just wanted to share how I do it. I have a Pelican 2620i case and it works perfectly. I lower my SEB about 3/4 way down and it goes approx. 4" from the left side. Just enough room to place one of my leather bound sand bags I use as a hand rest to sit between the front of the rest and the side of the case. My huge DR bag sits on top of the long leg as far to the right at possible. This allows one more sand bag to rest between my bag and the joy stick handle. I really like this as it helps protect my "Protektor" from the handle on my SEB. The handle gets placed in a black nylon insulating sleeve I use to wrap my hot water pipes and gets placed down one side rest. Then I place all my towels and carpets I put on my bench top. The only thing I am lacking with this setup, is the fact I have to keep all my SEB gadgets in a separate Plano tackle box. It's sealed tight and very well protected for travel.
