I had a Tract Tekoa 3-12x42 that didn't have a very accurate click adjustment. Received a return slip from Jon LaCorte and he verified that it was not accurate and we talked on the phone about it.

Jon: I don't have a direct replacement on the shelf right now. I can repair this and send it back to you but it will take a while, how about I send you a Toric 3-15x42 to replace this?
Me: Are you serious?
Jon: Sure thing.

Being treated so kindly from a small company is right up there with being upgraded to first class. In case you are unfamiliar, the toric is nearly twice the price of the Tekoa. I even offered to pay him the difference and he wouldn't hear it.
