Tower stands

I've got an idea for a hunting stand and I'm wondering if anyone has done something similar. My idea is to build a tower stand that can be taken down and relocated relatively easily. I'd like to get at least 12 feet off the ground, 15 would be better. My plan was to make it with a set of wheels mounted just off the ground on one side, and a hitch on the same side at the top of the stand. This would require the loader tractor to stand it up/lay it down, and transport it.

I have seen stands built on old farm trailers. They worked great.

I agree with troupe. I've shot from a high rise stand on a trailer and it worked great.

Google search for; elevated shooting platform from a trailer and look at the images. Lots of good ideas.

Using a trailer type of stand, all you have to do is level it.

Better yet, install a set of outriggers on it that can be screwed down for leveling. Lots of blinds on trailers, just gotta tie them down good.
