I ordered a new reamer several months ago and they were kind enough to let me come pick it up in person and give me a behind the scenes tour of the place. It was pretty awesome and I was geeking out. Big shout out to Jasmine, Lance, Brad and Becky (and everyone else I ran across) for their kindness in letting me get a peek behind the curtain.
