Toughest Tikka barrel removal

I just finished my toughest Tikka barrel removal so far, and I've done 7 so far.
I have a great barrel vise and put soft aluminum strap to allow a good hold on the factory thin barrel profile.
I have a flat side action wrench and I heated the action with a torch, all this just as every other one I've done.
I smacked the wrench handle numerous times and heated the action more before that sucker finally came loose.
No marks on the action so all is good now!

I've failled a few attempts.
Had to use an hydrolic press with 1000psi to hold the barrel still while smacking my 5ft wrench with a 5lb hammer. Gave up easily with this setup .
The 3d printed barrel blocks (100% infill PLA) are surprisingly strong!

I've removed lots of M55,595,590,and T3.ive found the 590-5 series to be the worst to remove..the blued ones.
