Todays coyote calling!

Hey Butch,
Decided to go call this morning, sort of starting my 2024-25 calling activities.
First stand had two answer in one minute with one going down at 46 yards while the other hauled ass and got away. Kept calling and nine minutes later had another appear but hung up at 156 yards. The .222 Mag AI took him down too.
Made another stand and one came in after ten minutes but broke into thick brush before I could get my crosshairs on him as he spotted me at about 50 yards. That spot has always been a tough place to get a good shot as when they appear it’s always close and unexpected.
Yessir, I do get tired of the road and always look forward to getting into the hills for hiking, hunting or casual shooting.

What seat and shooting sticks do you use? I am looking around a bit.

We sit on whatever is there at our hide, a dead tree limb or a rock is our seat. Wyman has some wood that he got from the area of Adobe Wells that he uses held together with rawhide. I have pictures but can only email them.
