Todays 108 BIB results

well I managed to get off to the range today after work to do some more testing with the 108's. The results still aren't what I like to see and I believe Varget isn't the choice powder in my barrel for this bullet. It's close but still not there, I just can't get the verticle out and I like Jackie has experienced still getting that lone flyer using this powder. I hit on an accuracy node at around 2975-2985 fps in my rifle and after that they opened back up and I was leery going over the charge I stopped at but I'll se what happens going on up another grn in .2 grn increments and see if theres another node and maybe the flyers will go away. Todays stats are 45* wind NW,9:00 to 3:00) 6-8 mph with an occasional switch sunny with some mirage.
I'm out of time to do anymore testing this wek or next as I need to begin brass prep for my first match in St Louis on the 18th so once I get back I'll get back on working with Randy's bullet and finding a sweet load for it. My next powders to use will be RL-15 and 4895 and maybe VV 540.

I need to add a disclaimer please do not duplicate my loads as they are safe in my rifle yet may not be in your's also I use moly coated bullets.

Jackie got very good results with the BIB 108s in his RailGun testing. This particular barrel shot the 108s much better than the BIB 95s.
