Just received the Forster Bump and bushing die with the 'cryo' bushing and wonder whether the case necks should be lubbed when only neck sizing. The instructions say to lub outside (and inside ??) but I suspect it is only necessary (I wish) when bumping the shoulder. It seems like the case neck will only need to be 'shrunk' by .004'' for reloading.
To lub or not ?
