Just a reminder for those who don't know, the TN State F class championship,long-range) will he hosted at AEDC, TN Sep 1/2. Course of fire is 5x1000 with scheduled team matches. Will do. I have the trophies and stuff ordered. Should be ready early next week. I think everything else is in order, as there have been no long range matches on AEDC since the southest shootout.

Hell it is Wednesday at 0700 and I just finished all of my loading.. I am way ahead of schedule..We will have several people from GA driving up and one guy from Miami. Three of these people are sling shooters, Chris I hope you will have time to shoot....

I'm not allowed to shoot in a match I'm running. I may bring a rifle and some team match ammo though. I'm not sure yet.

Looks like the weaher is finally going to break. High 80's over the weekend, with a slight chance of rain. FINALLY!!!

One of the GA shooters called me last week. He mensioned Miami, and was was a bit shocked. I better sharpen up on my range commands, so I don't look like a 2nd stringer!

Say it isn't so!! After nearly drowning during the last "slight chance of rain" I came home and invented an umbrella that screws onto my scope's elevation turret.

Yeah it felt good, Chris. But, actually, I was more concerned about electronic ignition lighting off a round before I made my best guess at where the target was.
