Just wanted to say thank you to the fine people at Timney for their outstanding service. Last week I finally got around to sending my trigger, that I messed up. Last fall with nothing better to do, I pillar bedded and glassed the stock on my 17 Remington Classic. Deer season was about to start and I put the project off to the side, getting back to it after the first of the year. Well I lost a spring and in my infinite wisdom removed the safety and promptly lost the E clip, to hold it in. Calle Timney and told them exactly what I did and they sent me a form and had me send it back. That finally happened last week. Got an email earlier this week regarding a UPS tracking number. Called this morning to see what that was about, as I used the US mail to send it in. They told me that it has been repaired and shipped back to me. I tried to pay them, but they said there were not charges. I was honest that I messed up the part not them. I always attempt to tell the truth, as I am not smart enough to remember a lie, but they would not even allow me to pay for return shipping. Thankfully I have quite a few of their triggers on my rifles.
