Timney triggers and light primers strikes..

Just a heads up to anyone experiencing miss-fires due to light primer strikes all on Remington 700 actions.
Recently 3 different rifles owned by 3 different guys were experiencing miss-fires, lots of probable causes were looks at..
After trying all kinds of corrective action without results, we tested the sear drop distance on the Timney triggers and found them to be very shallow as compared to the factory Remington trigger.

Just removing the Timney trigger and installing a factory Remington trigger, the problem disappeared immediately...
