google timeprecision arms.com---------- They are in conneticut I believe.They took over the cps neck turner design,has a micrometer thimble to adjust depth of cut and a generous sturdy mandrel.

I was talking to DocEd the other day about the Hart neck turner, this looks to be a almost exact copy.

I bought a time precision turner from a fellow on this site. It was used and in very good condition. I have started to use it on some new 6ppc brass for this season. It is doing a very good job on the brass, it is very accurate and easy to set up. The only thing...the cutter is not ground to an angle (30 deg in my case) and I'm used to there being an angle to touch the shouloders with. Just be careful when setting the length of cut and I think that you will like it. The length of cut adjustment on the time precision is somewhat different between the TP and the Hart.
If you need mandrels or cutters give them a call at 203-744-1052. I purchased a new mandrel in 30 cal. from them and they were very helpful.
