time elapse from annealing to sizing

I have read the article about sizing and then loading and the relationship of time. If you leave the brass sitting too long after sizing, typical neck tension suffers. My question is, after annealing, does it matter how long time elapses after annealing, when sizing and loading is performed? Thanks in advance!

No, time is not an issue. Annealing changes the structure of the brass.
It is only changed by work hardening, IE repeated loading and firing.
