Tikka T-3 bullet question

I have a Tikka T-3 heavy varmint in .223 with a 1-8 twist.What would be a good accurate varmint load? Will a 1-8 twist shoot 55 grain bullets ok?

Martyg: Can't speak for your Tikka barrel, but my Hart, 223, 1-8 does extremely well with all bullet weights from 80 gr. down to the 55, and all in between. Two of my favorite 55 gr. bullets are the 55 V-Max and the 55 gr. Sierra HPBT 'Gameking'. Have not tried anything lighter in weight. 25 to 26 grains of Varget has always been my 'standard of performance'.

I have a Tikka T-3 Varmint in 223 1-8 twist. It shoots 55gn BTs and v-max very well.
I use 25.5gn of AR2206H.

I run 55 v max hornady with Ar2206h 26 g. works really well,

hit milk cartoons at 600yards !!!, lazer ranged, wind meter and horus software off course.
