I have a Tikka T3 in .30-06 that I have owned for many years without issue. This past weekend, it developed a problem where it does not pull shells out of the chamber. It loads them just fine, but when you pull the bolt back, the shell stays behind. I've cleaned the bolt face and extractor area, but it does not seem to help. Any thoughts?

Under the extractor where it hits the bolt is probably dirty. Pull it away from the bolt face a little ways and flush it with carb cleaner
Stripped down the bolt and cleaned it all out. Lots of grease in the bolt housing from Manufacturer. I'm sure that grease got a bit cold in 15 Degree weather during hunting that caused the issue. Thank you!
