Tikka M695

I have a Tikka M695 in 270 that I'd like to rebarrel to 6.5 Swede. Can this be done while the retaining the factory bolt, and what gunsmith would you use?

It absolutely can be done. Any competent gunsmith can do the work. In fact you can probably obtain a factory barrel from Tikka if you want to go that route as the 6.5 Swede was and is a factory caliber.
