Looking for a little advice, I currently have a tikka 223 lite stainless I picked up a factory varmint barrel for. Once I do the swap I'll need to get another stock as the varmint profile barrel won't fit. My question is this....Will a varmint profile barrel work in a CTR stock? I know the CTR barrel is slightly narrower at the muzzle but it's also a shorter barrel so if the profile is the same that would make sense. I can't find any documentation on the profiles of a varmint vs a ctr. Thanks in advance.
