TIKKA action with barrel

I when time comes, am thinking about replacing the HOWA barreled action with a TIKKA barreled action on a KRG Bravo.



I searched but did not find what I was looking for.



Does TIKKA come with as a barred action, or just the receiver, or I have to purchase a complete rifle and change the stock?
