Tikka 595 Master Sporter screws

I picked up a nice Tikka 595 MS a little while ago and have enjoyed shooting it. One issue that I am having is the plastic under the buttpad is starting to crack.

Does anyone know what head is on the screws? Phillips, Allen, etc?

I want remove the pad and inspect what is going on.
