Thumbs Up to Phoenix Precision

Wanted to give Phoenix Precision a thumbs up for their customer service.

I have two of their Redfield style rear sights. Love them. One had an issue a couple weeks ago with a bushing. Not sure if this was damage from the safe, if it was like this from new and I never noticed it or ?? At any rate, I send Phoenix a message via their webpage last Monday. Gary responded in less than 24 hours asking me to send it in for inspection. They received my sight Saturday and I have it back I my hands today. Fully rebuilt and with the old zero's re-set.

I love a company that stands behind their products and turns around warranty stuff so fast. Going the extra,.extra mile to record and set my zeros was unexpected for sure.

I dropped a match rifle breaking the stock and some damage to the Phoenix sight. I contacted Gary LaValley at Phoenix Precision rifle sights and he told me to most definately send the rear sight to him. I received it back about a week later, fixed, functional, and tested, all for the price of postage! Thanks to the suppliers that helped me out, I'll buy from them over and over and over and over.....
