A big thumbs up to Matt at Graham Wind Flags. Matt was responsive to what I requested and shipped them very quickly.

Despite his bomb proof packaging, the shipper's damaging of the box resulted in one of the vanes being crumpled. Even though he was in the middle of making other orders, Matt quickly shipped a replacement vane.

Great product and excellent customer service...what more could you ask for?

I use Graham also and will second this recommendation.

The op is correct about both... the quality of the flag and the bomb proof nature of the packaging.

Yes they are top shelf.

I have a older set from Rick...never knew what I was missing just using ribbon on wires.

I was going to make my own and bought the materials but never got around to it.

Sail tails from @JMayo made the package complete.

Sure glad I finally said Uncle and bought the Graham's.

Just an FYI.

I had my RG flags stored for an extended period with the OEM ribbons attached to the flags.

The ribbons somehow chemically (?) melted to the balls causing a mess, ruining the ribbons and disfiguring the balls.

Hence my switch to sail tails.

When you package something as 'bombproof' shipped via the big three, it is only an illusion....FeEx, UPS and USPS will develop a better bomb....every time.

Yes Matt is the man when it comes to wind flags I've got a set had one to get get shot last year called him up in no time hand the replacement parts can't beat the service
