Thread size and pitch for 22mm and 18mm front sight apatures

Does anyone offhand know the thread size and pitch of standard 22mm front sights, and the same for 18 mm front sights as used on anschutz? looking to make a custom front sight base but dont have one handy to measure right now. Thanks
