Thread S&W Model 41 for suppressor

I have an older Model 41 that has always just been a working pistol and not a safe queen. I have a rim fire suppressor ordered and I would love to use it on my favorite pistol. I don't care for the Clark barrels at all. I have seen (on the net) adapters that apparently are threaded on both ends; one side with reverse threads. The slide is bored and reverse threads cut inside - the adapter is Loctited in and the 1/2 x 28 threaded portion is used for the suppressor.

Can anyone recommend someone who might undertake this?

Thanks Thomas. You have exactly what I am looking for. I have his site book marked. It looks like I will need to give him a phone call because it is not listed in his work.

Best wishes,

Jim G
