Those with pinfall issues, what kind of behavior did you notice?

Question for the BR & F-Class folks who have run into actions that are a little short on pin-fall (let's say .030). What kind of behavior were you seeing out of the guns prior to correcting?

I have an fclass Panda with a Bix and Andy BR 2 stage trigger for my F open gun. I had 25" vertical stringing at 1000yds with 2 different barrels and 2 different chamberings (6.5x55ackley and 284Win). There was nothing I could do charge/seating/neck tension wise that could rein in what was happening on paper. Eventually I switched primers and then a noticeable hang fire developed; click.....boom, click.boom, click...................boom. Was noticeable and my friend tried it and he noticed it on the first round. I called Kelbly and they sent me a trigger hanger that got pin fall to .250" everything listed above vanished.

One thing I will note was accuracy at 100 yards, with the 284 barrel, was sometimes acceptable and other times complete shit.

Very interesting. Did it ever shoot well at 1k? I assume it did for you to drag it out to a match.

Curious if you remember your pre offset-hanger pinfall?

It never shot lights out at 1k with the original trigger hanger. Pin fall was around .203. I still took it to a few matches but just got frustrated.
