Thinking of getting a 6ARC upper, any pros/cons I need to be aware of prior.

I am thinking very strongly of getting a 6ARC to coyote hunt with, I have a AR with a great trigger in it, and was considering getting a Bear Creek upper since I have had good luck with several of their uppers. Any cons I need to know about with the 6 ARC and all pros also. I will be shooting mainly 70-90 gr bullets. Thanks in advance.

I bought a BC upper right before Christmas, 24" 416R stainless barrel heavy no flutes, I have only shot it about 10 times maybe, took 3 shots to zero then 2 to confirm, shot 2 deer at about 60-65y, so that's as far as I have shot, short stroked the first 2 shots then ran perfect, bought the side charge handle because I run a scope, I like it so far, it will be July 1st before I renew, had shoulder surgery last year so didn't renew when due. I have 5 boxes of the 108g to make some empty brass. I can hit same hole at 40y so hopefully it will shoot good on out there. It is heavy but my other rifles are also so no big deal,

Bad as i wanted one..im not doing it.
I have more money invested in my AR then i could ever sell it for.
Im not putting one of those goofy bolts in my gun
I know for a fact ill be one of the guys to destroy it.
So for me its not worth the chance i like my gun just the way it is ..in one piece
Maybe 6arc in a bolt gun..but if ya do that way not tight neck ppc and cut out all the foreplay
It is one eye catcher of a rifle cartridges.
The developer of the 6arc should be proud of him self , very clever individual and ill leave it at that.
I completely comprehend the concept behind the 6arc.
And if i cave in ( i may still drink that kool-aid)
Im going for a left hand bolt action AR upper from Utah Precision
that is perfect for what i want to do..
Yet a problem i have is my trigger.
I have one of the old Jewel AR-15 two-stage triggers in my AR ...and its not coming out.
nothing else comes close..i shoot other people's AR,s and say thank you its nice..under my breath i say to my self ( its nice, but not nice as mine...hehehe) like a little girl..haha
to my understanding the Jewel Trigger company is no longer making AR triggers, not sure if they are making any triggers since covid pandemic
But dont quote me on that ..i dont want to spread bad information..
I just googled
Is Jewel Trigger still in production

I would not advise anyone who is not a competent and confident gun smith to build a 6MM ARC AR 15. The design does not provide the margin of error that a 5.56 x 45 AR 15 does.

I bought a complete factory upper; I married it to the same manufacturers lower. IT SHOOTS WELL. I upped my reloading game to a digital power scale, a 1% error in charge weight is about .297 grain for the 108 grain 52,000 PSI load.

I have 2 different lots of factory ammo in the bullet weight that I'm going to reload as a control.

I have a BCA “18 upper. Haven’t shot it that much yet but no cycling issues yet. Have only taken it to 50 yards on paper but it’s easy to touch holes. Not sure what is meant about the “margin of error” comment above. If you don’t reload right, it’s going to blow up; regardless of the cartridge.

Same considerations as building a Grendel.

Buy a quality BCG. To get best performance out of Grendel / Arc cartridges 18” or 20” barrels with mid-length or rifle length gas. You’ll need to double check your buffer setup… it’s a balancing act. Going from 5.56 to 6Arc may need a tweek. Adjustable gas block can help and may allow you to use same buffer setup.

You might go peruse the 6ARC forum.
