well i have put together 2 savage rifles so far and both shoot perfectly. now i want to stretch my legs a little because my neighbor just bought a milling machine and a lathe so i was wondering about some info on a mauser project. thinking about building a 6.5x47 lapua on a mauser. is this a good idea? what stock (wood)? What barrel? any info will be used THANKS
