Great video - would like to know distances and equipment being used
Are they listed as O’Neill ops? Would love to follow them over there. I’ve watched most of their videos ( few pod casts) interesting guys and story behind James O’Neill. The thermal is a Rico Mk 1. The guy is over on Predator Masters.

They don't see you with the lights either, like being on stage, and it's really easy to spot their eyes a long way off. Just scan above the ground first then kind of ease them into the beam. Watch a few of the Night Crew vids as they have some incredible footage, and the lights are cheap too. They have a lot of bobcats inside 20' which is ridiculous. Their shooter runs a thermal most of the time but they run the lights for the video.... and it works.Using a thermal the hunter can remain “unseen.”
I had no idea the animals would come that close using lights. I’ve never hunted them at night before but I’m about to look into it! What guns/caliber do you think they were using? That video is really amazing to me.
