Ok guys,
I have heard of milling some off the back side of a bolt handle that is to long(what I call the rotation stop of the bolt when opening) but what happens when it is too short to make contact with the tang?
So basically after contact with the cam and sliding the bolt out some-getting on the straight of the action is what's stopping the bolt. Not the end of the bolt handle on the tang. I have not installed it onto the bolt yet. Its a PTG bolt and handle kit for a Remington 600. Just making sure I wasn't missing anything. I may have the wrong bolt some how.
