The Rock BR Rest - Replacement Bag

I found a good deal on a "Rock BR" front rest. I only do load development from the rest, so it's not used a lot.

I don't like the front bag that is 3 segments. It leaks sand and my gun seems to cant to the right post recoil. Are there any other adjustable ones out there, but function better? Or, do I need to look at multiple Protector units, for different widths?

Thanks.

I also use a Rock BR for load development and sighting in scopes only. Ended up putting a 3” Edgewood bag on it and use a Sinclair benchrest adapter. I just use the adapter with different stocks to eliminate the need for separate bags.

For the Edgewood front bags, what hole pattern do I want?
I used the bag with no holes. The bag flange is not wide enough to fully punch holes for the bolts. Only had to put some small notches in the edge of the flange at the bolt locations. Also had to do some trimming to make it fit the Rock BR top on the sides.

Rock BR tops are garbage. replace with a Greenlaw top, add a Sinclair 1/2x20 speed screw and you'll have a front rest to be proud of.

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm I only use it for load development, maybe once every few months. What I have now is more than enough for me.
