The Full Meal Deal

Hey guys,

This particular bolt just about has everything that I offer as a company. This one presented a challenge with the handle skeletonizing windows and the 10-32 stud that I use for bolt knob installs. Both the bottom window and the stud needed to be in the same place. A great opportunity to try my hand at thread milling. Second pic is a light cut, not to depth, to make sure the tenon was on center. Came out great and lots of fun. Thanks for checking it out. Some pics of the progression of the job.
