F Class rules are rule 22, course of fire is 7.19 for the regional course. So, 22.7.19

22.7.7 is a 5x20 long range regional that could be used. Not saying to change anything.
Capitan is on my list to shoot and will try to make the October one.

I wish the NRA would let us know when rules have been modified, changed or added. My rule book doesn't have a 22.7.7! I read the rule changes religiously when they put them in Shooting Sports USA, maybe I missed it, but I don't think so. Good to know, guess I need to update. I may poll our F CLass shooters and see if they want to change.
