The All New Hornaday A tips ????

The All New Hornaday A tips ????

Are they here? Yes.
Will they work better than the miserable ELD-Ms?
They advertise the same inferior jacket design and mfg process, AMP.
""Refined design of the AMP®""
So is this yet anther marketing heist and scam or are these for real?

Maybe the "refined deign" part is the new super bullet that wont frag in matches??? How exciting.
We shall know very soon.
Get'em while you can, oh wait you cant, well not right now anyway.
We will share the news, good or bad, caliber specific.

Hodandy does advertise this as "The most advanced match bullet in history. bullet. "the creation of the ultimate low drag, high performance match bullet."
As one fellow pointed out, this may very well be their undoing, again.
However maybe they figured out the plastic tips o the ELDs were causing the jackets to frag down range after things got hot. Maybe the aluminum tips will fix that problem? We shall find out very soon. Nice warm weather 95-100 at the club, some really good matches this month and practice shoots.
Dont forget about the newly coined drink; Courtesy of Bc,z
The Hodandy CRVGA- Match grade.

Hey Pirate, are you a dealer or just a reseller of Hornaday bullets. maybe you can help some of these guys out and get some for testing?
You know, something productive and informative?

How many that are putting the A-tips down, have actually shot them and compared them to the others ? Or are you just prejudging on rumor or conjecture ?
Price and price alone.
For $75 I get a box of bergers,5th of vanilla crown and a 12 pack of ginger ale.
To top it off the crown comes with a lil bag I can use for cleaning brass, bullets, and firearms.

Weird thing is that picture you posted are all the same lot from the same box. They didnt just totally revamp their process for this one new bullet- still the same machines and tooling.

I was just speaking to Steve Hornady the other day and he mentioned they were thinking of naming a bullet they have under development after you Gary, will that make you happy?

No Jim, that would not make me happy not even close. The A tip working well would tho. I might share the email Jason sent me when i was trying to help them, as the diversionary tactics and bad data, accusations by those far less qualified and far less aware of the real problem, began, its very telling and JH should be ashamed of himself, sad but true.
Hornaday is a great pedestrian grade, consumer grade operation, match grade anything, good luck.

I was trying to explain this to my nephew on Sunday.
I did a full prep on some hornady brass for him and noticed variations when sizing in heavy and light or easy versus stiff.
Anyway he commensis to tell me it was hornady "MATCH" ammo he shot.
I tried explaining that "MATCH" is a marketing term they use to get your business.
