I was switching primer stems in my universal priming tool and I snapped the threads off the small primer seating plug. Emailed rcbs to purchase a new one and the have it coming my way free of charge. THANKS go out to rcbs!

As I've started getting into handloading, I've been looking into who makes the Best Thing in a given category of tool. I've noticed that RCBS, more often than not, makes the list for most items one needs to handload, usually in the "Maybe not the Absolute Best, but Plenty Good Enough", and, "The Best You'll Get Without Spending WAY More Money", columns. Good to know their customer service is on point, too!
