I had one of the original Teslong borescopes. It was a love hate relationship but it helped and it was all I could afford and other bore scopes were quite expensive.
I purchased a new model from Brownells and it was packed very nice in its own soft sided clam shell case with accessories and instructions. It was the flexible cable wi fi version. I did not order the the model with a screen as I had a couple of devices to use with it.
The bad news was I could not get it to sync with my devices after downloading the said apps from the instructions. Figuring it was just me, I tried a few versions with no success.
The good news was I contacted Teslong customer service and left my email address and they got back to me. They walked my through the set up stages again and then found out that the app in their instruction manual and on line is obsolete ( new from Brownells last week) They suggested to download another app version and after that I got it working. Yes working and working well, with super clear images.
A nice little piece of kit and well priced.
