Teslong NTG100 Borescope Software-Android

Just got this from Amazon yesterday. The business card and instructions with QR images does not work. I called Teslong and he gave me the link for the Play Store APP. Search 'Smart Endoscope' and you will see images of various Teslong devices in the APP description. I have a Samsung Tab S6 Lite with a C USB interface and that APP works with the NTG100. Spent too much time trying to download bogus APPs.

I'm getting a blink of an image then the screen just goes black on a 6month old Samsung tablet. Any advice ?

Same here. I fiddled with usb settings then
I restarted my phone and it started working right.
I'm wondering if the change the phone companies went though screwed things up.
Also the new androids puts unused apps in deep sleep. Might take the app off the list to sleep.

I contacted Teslong and one of their techs walked me through. They were very helpful.

I just use the camera on a cheap chrombook no app needed. I do have to have teslong plugged into chrome book before opening chrome book up then swap camera to external camera. I never could get any of the apps to work for me YMMV...

MLC; I'm using the Smart Endoscope app on a Galaxy Tab A8. Seems to work OK for me.
