Finally got things worked out yesterday. Back to normal. It really is a shame how poor the customer service is with every cell company I've ever dealt with. Well, with the exception of one and they sold out to verizon a while back. They were a small carrier in my area...Bluegrass Cellular. By far the best cell outfit from top to bottom I've had or seen. They used verizon towers for a long time but like I said, they sold to them and the customer service went to crap. Good help must be impossible for them to find. It's bad when you can't speak to anyone whose first language is English, in the communications industry. It was extremely difficult to understand any of them. But of course, the voice the use in their advertising is always clear, if not sexy even. Lol! I wanna talk to her, not someone who just got here from Guatemala or wherever. Lol!
