Anyone know the story of what happened?

They made a showing what 15 years ago and then disappeared for the most part...

They have sold a few times- straight jacket, now dracos

Too costly is my guess as to why it didn’t go far. I want to say it was near $1K and you had to supply a barrel on top of that.

Teludyne hasnt owned that barrel design in many years. You can buy them here now but im afraid once these are gone thats it. Falkor owns the design now.

That's fair, I do understand the design has been sold along and tried a few times- each time it must have been a good idea, and then it flops, so I'm curious as to why it has done that....

I doubt it. Even with the “heat drawing epoxy” they fill the tube with its gotta cook the barrel. The guys that always bought them shot a ton of rounds. I bet they got expensive even if they lasted a normal amount of time
