TC venture missfires

I have a venture 223. Only about 3 years bought new. Excellent accuracy. Earlier this year I bought new Lapua brass. Loaded with same CCI primers and loads I’ve used for Winchester and other brass. 1 or 2 out of 8 missfires! Firing pin appears to not indent primer as other brass. Checked primer pocket depth compared to other brass. Measures the same. Tried in in Ruger 77 some missfires will fire but have had 1or 2 missfires in Ruger also. Confused? Disassembled bolt checked firing pin there’s no issues. All other loads fire flawlessly. Only the newest batch of Lapua. Have Lapua brass for several other calibers no issues. Ready to throw out brand new brass! Any suggestions appreciated!

Check the head space bought some lapua 308 brass this yearwas way short to shoulder
If it is neck up to .243 then resize to create false shoulder

Try the CCI primers in the Winchester brass in both rifles. This should tell you if its the brass or the primers. Ive had CCIs not pop on occasions. JMA is right could be the brass is in the chamber too deep. The Winchester brass with the CCIs will tell the tale.
