I don't but then I chamber a lot of barrels. All it takes is holding the handle against the pusher to keep it lined up. I also rough the chambers in so I only withdraw it once to get a final go to number.

Current job. Angled CB with a radius going into the chamber.

For this job I rough the chamber in to about .030" short and use my own reamer stop. Only one pass with the finish reamer. It's easy for me to roll the reamer out since I use the saddle.
