We started out with Sporter class. Jeff Crose shot amazing at 100 yards. He shot a .1828" aggregate.
Eric Stanton took second with a .2120" agg and Mustafa Bilal was in third with a .2278" agg.
In the LV class, Jeff Crose shot small at 100 yards with a beautiful agg of .2004". Steve Poole took second with a .2470" and Eric Stanton took third with a .2552".
Sunday we shot Heavy varmint in the morning at 100 yards. Eric Stanton won the yardage with a .1886" agg, followed by Mustafa Bilal in 2nd with a .2114" agg, and Steve Kostanich in 3rd with a .2138" agg. We shot Heavy Varmint at 200 yards in the afternoon. Mustafa Bilal took first with a .2123"agg . Steve Kostanich took second with a .2156" and Eric Stanton took third with a .2556".
Monday was all shot at 200 yards, with Sporter in the morning. Eric Stanton shot smallest with a .2544" agg, Jeff Crose took second with a .2561" agg, and Steve Kostanich took third with a .2736" agg. Monday afternoon we shot the Light Varmint class at 200. Eric Stanton won with a .2481" agg, Jim Stipe took second with a .2501" agg and Mustafa Bilal took third with a .2586" agg.
Of special note:
After the match, the points were tallied up to see who would be awarded the "Shooter of the Year" trophy. This is the best ranking of all the grand aggregates (100 and 200 yd combined) throughout the year. Congratulations to Eric Stanton and Jeff Crose (tie) for winning our Northwest Region "Shooter of the Year" award. See SOTY points total.
We had several shooters travel from AK, WA and OR to attend our match. Thank you for traveling to Tacoma.
We had a fantastic potluck bbq on Sunday. Thank you to all who participated!!
