Tablet for 3D Printer

Picked up a 3-D printer, I was wondering if anyone has any experience using a cheap tablet to draw designs and run the printer on?

Right now I only have an iPhone to print files and I’ve designed stuff on it but it’s kind of a pain in the ass. Thanks in advance!

I just bought a cheap ($360) laptop to learn/play with 3d printing with. I briefly looked for apple or android options and didn't find much. A full on computer/laptop or windows tablet like surface may be your best option.

Did the one you purchased have drawing capabilities like with a pen?

Yes it's convertible so the screen opens 360 degrees into a tablet and is stylus compatible. It is a refurbished HP Elitebook from Amazon.
