T/C Icon bolt

can anyone tell me how to remove the Icon bolt handle without the tool for handle change ?

Uncock the bolt by hand. Put the front end of the bolt against a hard surface like a work bench and push down on the sloped cocking piece with one hand while holding the bolt handle in the other hand. The handle will release once there is enough pressure to slightly compress the mainspring.
